Implants:

Bridge:

A porcelain false tooth is attached permanently to teeth either side of the gap through crowning.

Used to be best option

3 weeks to complete treatment
Strong and good cosmetically

Disadvantages:
Need to remove 1.0mm tooth structure of the neighbouring teeth
If neighbouring teeth break, whole bridge will be lost



Denture:

An acrylic false tooth is attached to a stainless steel framework which is clips onto teeth and is removable from the mouth.
